Brand New in the original bag

This is a brand new integrated circuit in it's original plastic envelope.
I slit the bag to gain access to the item for filming, then taped the bag shut.
I am the only person to see this item out of the bag since it was inserted at
the factory who knows how long ago.
This item replaces ECG 725.
