Assemble according to directions, load the hopper with seasoned ground meat batter, power up your stuffer or grinder, and begin turning out flat jerky strips two at a time and round slim jim style snack sticks three at a time.
There is a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you can turn out a continuous flow of 1 1/8-inch wide x 3/16-inch thick ground beef jerky strips two at a time or 3/8-inch diameter snack sticks three at a time. It's perfect for a beginner or expert jerky maker and sure to keep you and your family knee-deep in homemade jerky and snack sticks for a lot less than you've been paying at the store.
Includes (1) Extruder Head Assembly, (1) slider ramp, (1) jerky maker insert, (1) snack stick insert, (1) 100 ft. roll extruder paper, (7) adapter disks for upright and horizontal sausage stuffers, and #5, #8, #10, #22, and #32 meat grinders. One (1) adapter disk fits the KitchenAid stand mixer.
