Purchased at Bathing Ape store here in Japan. 2020 AW Item
*It's New, but the box was slightly damaged, one corner of the box was smashed. The ashtray itself is in perfect condition.

Ashtray is in perfect condition (undamaged), but the box was damaged, one corner of the box is damaged.

I pack the items carefully. A tracking number / registered mail number is included.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to some locations (DHL remote area), please contact with your postal code before buying for DHL remote area. DHL cannot deliver to PO box or mailbox address and my local DHL won't accept shipment addressed to Post office or PO BOX. If buyer's shipping address is DHL remote area or Post office address / PO Box / mailbox address, we have a right to cancel the transaction. Buyer in Australia have to contact us with postal code in advance for DHL remote area because there are many DHL areas in Australia.
When you miss delivery to sign for, the package would be held at post office. Then please go to post office to collect your package as soon as possible. It's buyer's responsibility (recipient's) to collect parcel at post office quickly. Customs duties and import taxes are also buyer's responsibility.

Usually we ship at Japan Post within 5 business days (Japan Time) of release date and clear payment is confirmed via PayPal. Business day is Japan Time Monday~Friday except national holidays in Japan. DHL for pickup is closed weekend (Sat/Sunday) and holidays in Japan, DHL Japan is closed from Dec 30 to Jan 3 due to New Year's Holiday in Japan, we cannot ship by DHL from Dec 30 to Jan 3.
